Chelsey Bakker, APRN-CNP

Chelsey's favorite color is blue. She has a thing for school, having earned three different bachelor's degrees prior to completing her master's. Work experience includes a brief round with pain management as a radiologic technologist prior to attending nursing school. She completed that in 2014 and scored a sweet gig at The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis, where she stayed for eight years as a Certified Pediatric Nurse on a respiratory unit. The last three years at the hospital were spent concurrently with the completion of the family nurse practitioner program at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

After deciding she never really wants to grow up, the closest thing to sticking with her dream to be Peter Pan was staying with pediatrics - this led to her working as a nurse practitioner in a pediatric general practice. Wanting to further growth and opportunity along with a background in both pediatrics and respiratory, she decided Allergy/Asthma/Immunology specialty practice was the way to go. She has been with Allergy Clinic of Tulsa since June of 2023 and is enjoying working and learning in this elaborate specialty helping care for both you and your children.

Despite having three degrees from OU and only one from OSU she still bleeds orange. She enjoys visiting Stillwater with friends and family any chance she gets. She has two daughters who keep her on her toes. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a great book, drinking all of the coffee, and going to trivia nights with her husband.
